Returns & Refunds

At FoxFireCards we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For trading card products, sealed items must remain sealed to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and opened or tampered sealed products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@foxfirecards.co.uk or call +44 252-244-2358 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Your Statutory Rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason, and a further 14 days to return them. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
