Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Fraud Screening

All orders are screened for fraud. We may request additional verification (e.g., ID or payment confirmation) before dispatching high-value orders, and we may cancel orders that fail screening.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first at contact@foxfirecards.co.uk — we resolve the vast majority of issues within one business day.

Filing an unjustified chargeback (e.g., claiming non-delivery when tracking shows delivery, or claiming an item was not as described without contacting us) is fraud. We contest all fraudulent chargebacks with full evidence and reserve the right to:

  • Refuse future service to customers who file abusive chargebacks.
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to payment networks and relevant authorities.
  • Pursue recovery of losses, including chargeback fees.

Friendly Fraud

"Friendly fraud" costs small businesses significantly. We keep detailed records — order logs, tracking, delivery confirmation, and communications — and submit them in every dispute.
