Complaints Procedure

We want you to be happy with every order. If something goes wrong, here is how to complain and what to expect.

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email contact@foxfirecards.co.uk or call +44 252-244-2358 with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and resolve them within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, ask for your complaint to be escalated. A senior team member will review the case and respond within 10 business days.

Step 3 — External Options

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may:

  • Contact your card issuer or payment provider to raise a dispute.
  • Seek advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) on your consumer rights.
  • Pursue the matter through the courts of England and Wales.
