Lost or Damaged Parcels Policy

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@foxfirecards.co.uk with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. For tracked services, parcels are generally declared lost after 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) past dispatch.

Resolution

Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.

Incorrect Address

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please check your address carefully.
