Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us at contact@foxfirecards.co.uk or +44 252-244-2358 with your order number as soon as possible.
After Dispatch
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Refund Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase.
Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or breach of our terms. A full refund is always issued in these cases.
