What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders reserve products before their official release date. Payment is taken at the time of ordering to secure your allocation.

Release & Dispatch

Pre-orders are dispatched on or around the official release date. Dates are set by the manufacturer and may change — we will notify you of significant delays.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting contact@foxfirecards.co.uk.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together when the pre-order releases, unless you request split shipping (additional postage may apply).
